Getting Started

OfficePresentations provides a secure and professional environment for sharing your presentations:

1. Sign In:
   • Click the "Sign in with Google" button on the homepage
   • Select your Google account
   • Grant necessary permissions to OfficePresentations
2. Upload Your Presentation:
   • Go the presentation page."Go to presentation page and start presentation" with this button....Which you will find in main page.
   • Select your PDF file select "choose file" option (maximum size: 10MB)
   • Wait for the upload to complete
3. Start Presenting:
   • Select your uploaded presentation from the presentation page with the button "present now"
   • Share the uniquke sharable link which is generated automatically when you load the preresentation page and change every time you load that page.. Select the "copy Link and Share with Co-Worker" button which will copy it to clipboard... Then share with your audience

Presentation Features

• Real-time Navigation: As you navigate through slides, all connected viewers will automatically follow your presentation
• Presentation Controls:
  • Use arrow keys or on-screen buttons to navigate slides or clike on righ side or left side of the slide
  • Access thumbnail view for quick navigation
• Presentation Time:Presentation dunation is upto 60 minutes. Which may change later..

Note: Audio support is not currently available but is actively being developed and will be added soon.

Use Cases

• Business Meetings: Present quarterly reports, project updates, or business proposals to remote teams with high-resolution visuals.
• Educational Sessions: Deliver lectures or training materials to students or colleagues. Currently, there is a 20-device limit, and the application is specifically designed for real in-person audiences. For example, while presenting with a projector, the same slides can be viewed on attendees' devices (e.g., phones or laptops). This ensures that live audiences don't have to rely solely on the projector.
• Sales Presentations: Share product information and presentations seamlessly with clients in multiple locations.
• Conference Talks: Present to large audiences with reliable slide synchronization and clarity.
• Team Workshops: Remote workshops with interactive presentations that improves collaboration.

FAQs

• Is an account required? Yes, you need to sign in with your Google account to use OfficePresentations.
• What file types are supported? Currently, we support PDF files only to ensure consistent presentation quality across all devices.
• How long do presentation links remain active? By default 1 hour. Links remain active until you end the presentation session or close the presenter window.(within 1 hour).. If you reload the presentation page it automately ends the previous session and starts new
• Is there a limit to the number of viewers? Standard accounts can have up to 20 concurrent viewers.
• Are my presentations stored securely? Yes, all uploaded presentations are encrypted when stored on main database and stored securely in our database.
• Do viewers need an account? No, viewers can access your presentation through the shared link without signing in.
• Can I present offline? No, an internet connection is required for both presenters and viewers.

Account Management

• Storage Limits: Each account includes 40MB of storage and supports up to 4 PDF presentations for uploads.
• Account Actions: To manage your account, locate the menu button at the bottom-right corner of the main (landing) page. The menu provides two options:
  • Logout: Sign out of your account securely.
  • Delete Account: Permanently delete your account and all associated data.
